The idea of having this app is basically to bring the old-school and traditional message texting and communicating to the higher level. The original app was called the Messenger but it is now called the Android Messages because it already includes some of the handy features. Instead of acting like the regular text message that is only able to send plain texts, this new app is claimed to act more like WhatsApp or other chatting apps.

What are the key features you can expect from this Android Messages for Android? For a starter, it supports faster sharing. You only need to choose a particular videos or pictures from the app and then send it away. If you are familiar with WhatsApp, you know the idea. Second, you can always perform easy search, in the event that you want to find conversation threads or contacts. No more dealing with the fussy or confusing tweak. Third, this app comes with a more attractive layout and design. Not only it is more intuitive, it is also more colorful so engaging in the conversation will be more fun. Fourth, it comes with additional features such as blocking. If you don’t want to be interrupted by certain people and certain number, feel free to use this feature. Of course, there are more controls and features to expect but it is your time to explore them on your own.
